From a governance perspective, bridging Nigeria’s digital learning gap requires coordinated policy implementation across education, communications, energy and finance sectors. Investments in educational technology should be accompanied by transparent procurement, regular monitoring and measurable performance indicators to ensure that public resources deliver meaningful improvements in learning outcomes. Effective collaboration between federal, state and local governments will also be essential in achieving nationwide impact.
